I would highly recommend it and encourage anyone that wants some professional dental work done to come here.
Interviewer: All right. So, so nice to talk to you.
Tahra: Thank you.
Interviewer: We got everything all done with you today. You know, I just want to ask you, when you first came in to see Dr. Matiasevich, what would you say were your biggest issues?
Tahra: Well, my teeth were in such bad condition, I really knew that I wasn’t getting the proper digestion, and it was really affecting my health, it affected my smile, it affected my psychology. There’s just a whole array of things that I felt gradually deteriorated in my life. And so, I really wanted to, you know, step forward, and enjoy the full bounty of my smile, presence, and good health. And, so, you know, Dr. Bob was recommended by my brother.
Interviewer: Oh, okay.
Tahra: And, when my brother gives a recommendation, I don’t have to go elsewhere. So, yeah, just coming into the office is amazing. The personalities of everybody here, and the confidence that everyone exuded, and then Dr. Bob’s professionalism that was just easy to acknowledge was just such a perfect decision.
Interviewer: Oh, good. I’m glad. What would you say was your biggest worry about having dental work done?
Tahra: I really didn’t have a worry. I just had…I experienced I really had a need to have this done right. And I thought about, you know, going to other countries, and doing other things, and so on, and so forth. And, little did I know the amount of work that Dr. Bob did in all these appointments, and the follow-ups it just…Every part of my experience in this last year has just been profound. And, I’m just so grateful that I chose Dr. Bob and the staff. It was a lot more work than I thought. I thought it was something very simple from past dental experiences. And, I had no idea that there was so much detail, and professionalism, and all the different aspects. And, so, you really need to be close in proximity to your dentist, and available. And, so, you know, it’s been really inspiring.
Interviewer: Good. So, you felt well taken care of through the whole process?
Tahra: Absolutely. All the phone messages, and reminders for your appointments, and all the follow-ups, and just all the personalities that you had in the office. Everybody is just the best.
Interviewer: Oh, good. And, I know you were here, especially first surgery day, it was a long day. But, you actually had the oral conscious sedation, correct?
Tahra: Right.
Interviewer: How did the day go for you from your perspective?
Tahra: You know, I reflect back on that, and it was so easy, and so, you know, it was great. Actually, I came in twice to have surgery, and both times it was just easy as could be. You know, I felt good throughout the day, the next day, and everything.
Interviewer: Yeah.
Tahra: There’s been no negative experiences at all. It’s been absolutely positive with every part of this experience, and I’m totally grateful for how I smile, and how I feel, and the comfort of my mouth, just everything.
Interviewer: Well, that’s what I was gonna ask you. How’s your smile? How’re you doing with your smile now?
Tahra: I love having my picture taken. I turn it on every time there’s a camera, and I enjoy it, and I’m proud of how I…my smile, and my presentation, and my mouth feels so comfortable. Sometimes I have to remember that I had all this work done.
Interviewer: Yeah.
Tahra: It just feels so normal.
Interviewer: All right. Good. And eating?
Tahra: I’m eating, like, everything that I want, anytime, corn, everything, apples. It’s all good. And, I just feel also the way my bite is balanced, the way my jaw, the upper, lower jaws work, I feel like it’s really affecting everything about my structure of my face.
Interviewer: Oh, good, good. I’m glad.
Tahra: Yeah.
Interviewer: Well, I was gonna say, would you recommend this to somebody else who’s going through the same issue?
Tahra: Absolutely. Yeah, I would highly recommend it and encourage anyone that wants some professional dental work done to come here. You know, this is…I’ve been to other dentists, and they had a lot of different ideas, and he’s won the prize.
Interviewer: Well, good.
Tahra: Yeah, absolutely happy.
Interviewer: Good, I’m so glad. Thank you, Tahra.
Tahra: Sure.
