Skateboard Accident Causes Loss of Front Tooth

Aaron lost his front tooth in an accident, but now he’s excited to have an implant to replace it.

How does it feel to have a tooth again? It’s exciting. It looks great. It feels great.

Interviewer: All right. So, Aaron, you had an incident, correct? You lost one of your front teeth.

Aaron: Correct.

Interviewer: What happened?

Aaron: Skateboarding. I was in junior high and knocked it out on a rail, just kind of put the tooth in some milk and came to the emergency dentist and turned out I needed to get an implant after a bone graft and a lot of process.

Interviewer: All right. So you’ve been waiting for quite a while. It was a process, right?

Aaron: Yes.

Interviewer: But how does it feel to have a tooth again?

Aaron: It’s exciting. I’m a bit in shock, I have to say, yeah.

Interviewer: All right. Do you like how it looks?

Aaron: I do. It looks great. It feels great.

Interviewer: All right. Now, would you recommend people getting an implant instead of like getting a bridge or like getting a partial when it’s your front tooth? You think implant’s the way to go?

Aaron: I’d say it is a matter of opinion, but an implant is definitely the most solidified and kind of allows you to forget and move forward, and biting an apple, it’s exciting.

Interviewer: All right, all right. Cool. Thank you, Aaron.
